GF Breakfast Pancakes ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 2 scoops protein shake if want to make more filling
Mash banana in a bowl and then mix with eggs until smooth batter, add the oats (and protein shake powder if using)
Fry in a non stick pan on medium heat (or use coconut oil) tablespoon sized portions and flip when browned on one side. Serve with fruit & coconut yoghurt if you on lactose free/ reduced diet ( or organic greek yogurt) and drizzle with honey and seeds.
