By taking your personal goals and looking at your nutrition, fitness and wellbeing we can create a tailor made plan to help you become the best version of yourself.
With one on one personal training sessions two or three times a week, a nutrition plan and followed up with plenty of support and inspirational communication; we will keep you on track to fulfilling your goals. Having your personal trainer/cheerleader(!) with you all the way is much more fun and inspiring than going it alone! We have various package options available and a free initial half an hour consultation with Cathy will ensure you will be on the right path.

We believe that variety is the spice of life and spending hours in the gym is not many people’s idea of fun. While we will spend some time in the gym, we love to get outdoors and benefit from fresh air while we work out. Fresh air and exercise triggers the release of feel good endorphins which leaves your mind and body feeling full of energy and revitalised after your sessions.


What’s more, there is also the flexibility to hold sessions in your home should you prefer.

Achieving your fitness goals takes time, hard work and patience. So, we believe that it is so important that any fitness programme is fun, enjoyable and full of variety.
